At Matini Impex, we are committed to providing quality products. However, if a product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition, we offer a return and refund process under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product only if:
- The product is defective, or incorrect.
- A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original condition and includes all accessories and packaging.
Mandatory Requirements for Returns
To initiate a return, you must:

Record an unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed box.
- The contents inside the box.
- The damage or incorrect product, if applicable.
- Send the unboxing video along with the following details to support@matinimpex.shop:
- Order ID
- Contact number
- Reason for the return
Refund Process
- Upon receiving your return request and unboxing video, our team will review the evidence.
- If the return is approved, we will arrange the collection of the product.
- After the returned product is inspected by our team, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued within 6 to 12 business working days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- If no unboxing video is provided.
- If the return request is made beyond the 7-day return period.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the product is defective, or incorrect, the return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For any other reasons, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
